Mixing Services FAQ:

What's your revision policy?

We don’t have a hard line on revisions; we just ask that you are complete and intentional with your revision requests. If the amount or complexity of revisions starts to become an issue, additional mixing fees may be required. We have started using Samply to provide mix versions to clients - you can add notes directly to the song at specific timestamps, then we can pull those notes DIRECTLY into the ProTools sessions and they will show up at the timestamp that they were commented.

What files do you need?

  • Raw vocal files

  • Beat (Beat Trackouts, preferred)

  • Reference tracks

  • Project tempo/key information (if known)

  • Specific mix preferences

  • Notes (song name, project name, artist name, etc)

Mastering Services FAQ:

What's the turnaround time?

We can safely claim a 2-week turnaround time (barring any special circumstances), but it’s usually quicker than that. We can offer priority service for an additional fee.
